Please stop by the office or Fellowship Hall before your class to register.
Super Kids is for children ages 3 and 4. It is designed to work on pre-Tae Kwon Do skills and build coordination. It also helps students to improve their attention span. This is a great option for anyone who is looking to get their little one into some structured, fun classes!
Our After-School program is for ages 4-12, and is a recreational TKD that focuses strongly on character development and self defense. It is also a great time for kids to burn off some energy after being in school all day in a structured and safe environment. This program runs during the school year and is taught by Master Bethany Wilson and Miss Sarah Pool.
Mighty Kids is for ages 4 - 6 and is a part of our Family TKD program. While older kiddos and adults train in the larger Fellowship Hall room, the younger kiddos train in a smaller space where they can receive more attention and have a little fun too!
Family TKD is designed for parents and children to train together! This program runs year round. Tae Kwon Do is a lifetime sport that can be learned at any age. Students may choose to train during the first hour (6-7pm) or the second hour (7-8pm) or both hours!
Designed for students who have achieved a red belt or higher rank, this class is specifically for more in depth training.
This class is for those who have at least a solid yellow belt. Instructor Sammy Lira teaches students how to effectively use various weapons in self-defense including kali sticks, nunchucks, kamas, katanas and more.
This is where all the training comes together! King of the Hill is a friendly contact competition between students who have achieved a yellow rank or higher and who have acquired full gear. Please see the TKD admin to order your gear.
